Document Download takes a long time

    I am using this plugin on a self hosted wordpress site behind a company firewall. The plugin is fantastic and exactly what I needed to help manage all of our documents and forms, but I’m having one small problem. Document downloads take a really long time. Typically the download popup to open, save, etc opens about 50 seconds after the user selects the download button. We do not experience any delays when downloading documents that are added as media inside of a regular wordpress post. Is there a setting that could be affecting this? 50 seconds is too long. Most of my users will assume it’s broken long before a minute is up.

    Hmm.. that sounds like a bug, I will do some testing and let you know what I find.

    same thing for my library, it takes more than 30 secs to get the download window ( I have the latest 2.6.15 version)

    I’ve tried to recreate this issue, with no success. Without knowing the exact server setup I can’t debug this problem any further.
