Trouble changing themes

  • Hi
    I want to change my theme..
    I found one…called 3c-seo
    and I saved it to my desktop..
    After that…I went into dreamhost
    and uploaded it to wp-content/themes
    It shows now as wp-content/themes/3c-seo
    It is upzipped…I believe..
    Now..
    how in the life of me..do I get it to wordpress
    so I can activate it and use it as my new theme look???
    What am I doing wrong??
