Cannot change main title and contact information (Enigma 1.8.5)

Additional information:
– Theme Options/General Settings: checked “Enable text-based Site Title. Setup title Click Here.”

Similar issue since the update today. Contact info and social media buttons gone.

Similar issues after updating. Tried to check and uncheck and tried resetting the home page but contact information still does not appear.

Its a small issue.

We will fix it in our next update.

Here i providing a solution to solve this issue.

First of all create a “Child-Theme”. after it create a

header.php and footer.php file into

“Child-Theme” directory.

Now copy the code from this URL into “header.php” and from

this URL into “footer.php” of your “Child-Theme” directory.

and save the changes.

I have the same problem. But, I don’t want to do the child theme… because I didn’t create a child theme right the last time. ?? So, just saying… thanks for picking a great name for this theme!!

It’s an awesome name you chose… and I’ll just update when you get the update done. If anyone asks, I’ll just say, “Well, I’m an Enigma. That’s just the way I roll.” lol

it worked for the title, the contact data and the social media. Thanks!
But now the child-theme shows every single page in the menu at the top and not only the selected pages.
When will the update be available?

I downloaded version 1.8.6 from this link, and at first I thought everything worked just fine. However when I start to customise the slide show option, all the theme options go back to default.
