eventbrite.ca with a .qc.ca not authorizing

    Hello,

    I try to connect to my eventbrite.ca account on a .qc.ca website and I can’t get it right. The system sent me to eventbrite.com, then eventbrite.ca for authorizing my account and the i got this message: “There was a problem authorizing with Eventbrite. Please try again in a moment.”

    Hi,

    Right, this has been a tough one to track down. A couple of things to check.

    One thing to double-check is that the OAuth Redirect URI in your Eventbrite app settings (eventbrite.com > Account > App Management > Key Details) properly match that on your own site (Tools > Keyring > Add New > Eventbrite > Manage).

    Also, EB was having a redirecting issue with all domains that weren’t .com, but solved it a couple of days ago. Can you clear your browser cookies and try again?
