Export data when using WC Product Addons – checkbox

    After nearly a year this topic is still an issue:
    When using WC product Addons; checkboxes or multi-select that SED export ignores these fields.

    Here are the 4 screenshots showing the situation where the meta data fields are not mapped to the tables.




    Is this feature scheduled to be addressed in the future? Is there a workaround in the meantime?

  • Hi Joel, it is not possible to reliably export checkboxes or multi-select as the Order Item key that WC Product Add-ons uses includes the option Price and Currency which we dont know about. E.g. custom_checkout_field_$10. We know the custom_checkout_field but that’s it.

    It’s been on my hit list for a long time so I’ll reach out to the Plugin developer and see if we can make progress as we support everything but the above situation.
