Read More Link

Hi,
On some of my posts I add the “more” link so it only shows an excerpt on the home page. It used to say “continue reading” and I swear there was a cute little arrow after it. But now it says “continue reading The Post Name” – I don’t remember doing anything to change this. How can I get it back?
