lack of backlinks

  • it’s been some 7 months that i have started my blog and since then i have published more than 220 posts which are 600 words on average.
    the problem is that according to Ahref I have just 5 do-follow backlinks which is disappointing. is it natural or there is something wrong with my site?
    i had some 22000 pageviews last month and my blog is Farsi.

  • It’s difficult to get others to put a link to your content on their own site, if they don’t feel it’s relative to their own interests. Either they want to link to it and share it, or they don’t.

    What kind of results do you get if you use the “link:” advanced search operator in a Google search for your site (as compared to using Ahref)? Any major differences in the results?

    …and are there any Google Webmaster Tools you might use that might give you better information about how Google actually sees your backlinks?
