Team Pages – own sidebar

Is it possible for each team page to have a different sidebar, that is only available to the manager who logs in for that page? I am setting up a site that has lots of teams with different managers and would like them to have their own sidebars on their pages.
Also can the staff shortcode have the profile text and job title pull through as ws featuring this on my team page as well?
