Single Posts not displaying correctly for website

I am currently developing a website for a client at dev.wafsf.org

I have chosen for the full text for my posts to show at every point.

When I go directly to the post, it only shows the title.

When I view the post within its post category, I can see all of it.

I have checked the tempera settings and reading settings, I cannot figure out how to get the post to display. It’s a deal breaker of people cannot click on the post and see it.
