Mobile Site Stuck in Maintenance Mode

I have the same problem and can’t solve it.

My website is stuck in maintenance mode. I have scoured through online forums looking for answers but to no avail. Just so you know, I have looked for the so called .maintenance file in the root directory but can’t find it anywhere. Here’s a link to the site: https://www.envypak.com
