Hm, yes, we’ve had this reported by others too. I’ve passed your example on to Eventbrite, where they’re working on it.

It appears to have started working now. Did you receive any response from Eventbrite that they fixed/changed anything?

    Thanks

Hm, I’m afraid I don’t have a ready explanation (I heard nothing from Eventbrite, no). In general, because the plugin’s cache is updated every day, that can sometimes explain something not looking correct right away, and then being fine the next day.

Glad you’re up and running! To force the plugin to make a fresh check, you can always just disconnect and then connect again in Tools > Keyring.

I’m having this same problem. I’ve disconnected and connected again but still getting the “This event has not been published yet.” and then the “404 error” message.

One thing I notice is that when I publish the page, the Eventbrite template is no longer in the list of templates although I selected when creating the page.

After some additional reports, we seem to have narrowed down the “This event has not been published yet” error to hosting environments running PHP in 32-bit mode, even if the server’s OS is 64-bit.

If you’re still having issues and you’re able to switch the site to a server that runs PHP in 64-bit mode, that may resolve the Eventbrite error issue. We will still continue to look for a fix on the plugin side, but in the meantime we thought we’d still give you the option as a more immediate possible solution.

We are looking forward to a resolution for the “has not been published” error. Any progress? The EventBrite “website integration” tools have various deficiencies, so we’re hoping not to have to resort to those.

    Thanks in advance…
