Updated Footnotes–broke design

Hi, I love the footnotes plugin. I just recently updated to the latest version and it broke the design ??

Here’s what it used to look like (notice blue superscript links) and transparent cell background for bottom references.

The only custom CSS I’m using is:

top: -0.5em !important;
font-size: 85%;
}
