add " sidebar " in my theme at the top and bottom

  • Hi,
    I wish I add ” sidebar ” in my theme at the top and bottom, how can I please proceed?
    I am a beginner and I bought your theme (customizr pro)in mind that there would sidebars on the top , bottom and sides . It would be to add elements below the thumbnails to be able to create in the mind a final site like this theme with several different bands .

    I created a sidebar- bottom.php file but I do not know where to put it in my theme. Sorry I am new wordpress and discovers his world and I learn a lot of things , but my knowledge is still very low
