Allow users to submit a Post via a webform

The site I am working on is a site that I want anyone to be able to submit a post to. Specifically, I want them to be able to submit an image, some text to go with it and a hyperlink to the site they found the image on. I actually want the picture to be auto resized and some other things, but that will come later. What I am looking for is some kind of plugin that will allow them to fill it out and submit the post, I don’t really want to approve them if I can help it, but that is doable too if necessary. Is there anything out there that will accomplish this? Ideally, I want the poster to be able to browse their PC for the image, or just enter the link to the image into the form and just have it displayed with their post. Any ideas on this one?
