Can not import WordPress file

    I am currently setting up my blog to run on my webhost and everything so far seems to be going ok EXCEPT I can not import my WordPress Export File that I downloaded from my blog running on WordPress.com.

    The error I get is:
    The uploaded file could not be moved to /hsphere/local/home/lstasiuk/getstamping.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2007/07.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated as I really want this to run on my own server.
