Only have Profile link

I just logged into my WordPress site admin and the only link I have in my Dashboard is Profile.

When I set up the site a few months ago (had to put the project on hold waiting for some more information from the client) I had normal Dashboard controls when I set up the website – links to Posts, Pages, Media, Plugins, etc.

Any idea on why this is happening?
