Problem adding jobs since latest update

Can you provide a link to your jobs page?

Hi, we are also getting the same problem following the update. If we add a new job it is listed at the back-end of the jobs list instead of being shown at the top of the jobs list. We are also using the side widget to display the jobs and this is working fine. If we return to the previous version of this plugin, all works fine.

any updates on this issue? Is is safe to return to the last version of wp job manager until this issue is resolved?

I think I am having the same problem takedetroit.com/detroit-jobs/. The new job postings do not appear as recent posting instead they appear behind month old postings.

Are you able to look in the wp_posts database table and see what ‘menu_order’ the old posts have?

not sure what you mean by ‘menu_order’, but the ‘menu_order’ parameter is set to ‘1’. If we use the new updated version 1.21.2, all of the latest job postings (since the update), are shown at the end of the jobs list when using the shortcode [jobs]. However, the ‘recent jobs’ widget (used as a sidebar) orders the job listings correctly.
If we return to the previous version of wp-job-manager (using the same database), all of the jobs both on the main page (using the [jobs] shortcode), and the widget, show the jobs listed in the correct order. Could you please let me know if it is ok to return to the old plugin whilst you work on a fix?

1.21.3 will fix this, and the update script will correct existing listings automatically.
