• Hi all.
I have inherited a website and it is my first WordPress site…
The site features a banner but I want to do two things and I cannot get it to work…

    https://www.thedreamersuk.com

The existing banner at the top “vshead.gif” needs an image directly above it – “stjames.jpg”… I have uploaded it to the same directory as the existing image… The closest I have got is having the image at the very top on the left… I need it below the Cookie warning and below the menu, right above the main image…

The “stjames.jpg”image also needs to be a link to “https://www.stjamestheatre.co.uk/theatre/the-dreamers”

I also need the “BOOK NOW!” image to be split into two links and made into Twitter and Facebook links…

I am right up against the line, timewise now and am tearing my hair out…

    Could anyone help me out!!
Please! Thank you so much in advance.

getting there but A STRANGE thing is happening…
PLEASE someone, can you please help me!!

I have managed to add the image but as soon as I assign a link to it using “a href=”https://www.stjamestheatre.co.uk/theatre/the-dreamers” … the site replicates the HOME tab on the menu that follows it… It doesn’t when I leave it as an image, only when I add the “a href” link…

I assume I need to close off that “banner” section properly in order to stop it affecting the menu…

    *sigh*
