Woocommerce user area

  • Hi,
    I wanted to create a site where customer can add a product/service package to the cart using woocommerce and then before payment, should be able to register. After registration,customer will use the user/pwd to login and will be taken to his/her login area where customer and admin can upload files. Also, a customer who has registered but has cancelled the payment should not be able to upload.
    Can you let me know if this can be achieved through one of the wordpress plugins (e.g. Customer Area) and how?

    Ok so with customer area (+ premium addons availible on their website https://www.marvinlabs.com/downloads/category/customer-area/) and woo commerce (with subscription addon), you should be able to acheive what you want if i understand your needs correctly. (you should ask directly the creator of the plugin, he will answer you very quickly and for sure more technicly)

    Basicly this plugin create private area for each user, this way, when an user is login, he will be able to upload files or start a new chat with an admin or a “manager” (depend of what you allow). A manager can be in charge of multiple customers. This plugin give the ability for admin/manager to manage their customers directly thrue the front end.

    You should be able to make the whole process automatic with some custom work and roles editor plugin.

    Scenario: after subscription payment completed, the customer will be able to access his private area and upload files/chat etc… and when he stop recurring payment, the system block the access of the area or the ability to upload files for this user.
