As far as I see now, you do not have this plugin installed.
There are some requirements for this plugin to work, and I’m aware it will not work on all websites. In case it doesn’t work, just deactivate.

It is installed how else could I say it works in one browser and not another.

I’ve tested in firefox, chrome, safari, opera and explorer on your site, and it works ok. If you can leave a link to a screenshot with issue.

I used a virtual machine and in that it worked in IE. I still can’t figure why it’s not on my computer. I cleared the cache and cookies but no luck. You can close this thread.
