    Hey Eli,

That’s strange. I could do with seeing your System Info from the plugin. Could you submit a support ticket here and include your System Info from the plugin’s Support tab so that I can take a look? When you submit the ticket please mention this thread so that I know what it’s in relation to.

Many thanks, and I hope you’re having a good weekend!

    Hey Eli,

The issue was that as the ‘Ajax’ setting was checked and as the feed was on the page twice then the JavaScript was being added and run twice. I logged into your site and was able to fix this for you by unchecking the ‘Ajax’ setting on the plugin’s Settings page and just adding the Ajax setting manually to the feed in the footer: [instagram-feed ajaxtheme=true]. This seems to have solved the problem. Let me know if it looks good on your end.

Thanks Smashballoon, that helped me too, as I was having a similar issue.

Can I suggest you add this to the FAQs section on the plug in page?

    Wonderful plugin, by the way.

    Hello again,

Actually, your fix didn’t solve my issue.

Problem: I embed the Instagram feeds in the main index template. Then I add it to the sidebar.

If I have the ‘ajax theme’ setting ticked in the generic set up, it duplicates the images.
If I only manually add it to the one in the template (ajaxtheme=true), then the one in the sidebar won’t load.

    Any suggestions?

    Many thanks.

    Hey ginez_17,

Could you try removing ajaxtheme=true from your shortcode in the template and adding it to the one in the sidebar instead?

Let me know whether that solves the problem. If not, could you send me a link to the page on your site where you’re having the issue so that I can take a look?

Many thanks and I hope you had a good weekend.

Hi. I am having the same problem. Here is the link to my page:
    https://yellowbrickrunway.com/2014/05/10/the-beginning/

You can see the same problem with duplicate images on the side bar on all of my post pages.

However, the instagram feed in my footer seems to be working correctly.

Can you help me fix this?

    Hey sagael,

It looks like the same issue as above. You have the setting labeled ‘Are you using an Ajax powered theme?’ checked but you aren’t actually using an Ajax powered theme. Could you uncheck that setting and let me know if it fixes the problem?

    Many thanks,

    John

Gosh, thank you so much. Sorry for being so beginner, and thank you for explaining that to me, it worked great.

No problem at all, happy to help! ??

No obligation, but if you like the plugin would you consider leaving a super-quick review? It really helps to support the plugin!

Let me know if you have any other questions, and have a great weekend!

    John
