Billing Address – International Country Only Shows US States

Hi Guys,

Hoping for some help with this. I am certainly not a web developer and have had a hard time figuring this out.

When a customer tries to purchase through our website, they enter into the Checkout area where they are required to enter thie rbilling address (no shipping address is required as we sell software that is delivered via email with a download link).

This works fine if they are in the US (which shows as the default country when they get to this page) however should a user change their country (say to Australia for example) the states remain states in the US.

Which causes an issue so that no international customers can purchase.

Any help/feedback/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
