• Hi, my plugin stopped working months ago. I hope it’s not too late to see if there’s a solution – I can’t remember any particular circumstances changing but it’s possible it happened between WP or BP updates and I didn’t notice. But out of the blue the plugin doesn’t seem to be sending any emails. The queues at ?sum=1 don’t seem to show any posts in the queue. I did have another plugin called BBPRess Digest which was similar to this I thought but that was also ineffective and I’ve just uninstalled that to try to test whether it works without that. It doesn’t seem to have made a difference.
    I should point out that this plugin has worked for me previously but unfortunately there was a dip in activity so I don’t know exactly when it stopped.
    I also have the Mailpoet plugin installed to send email newsletters but I only installed this after the plugin mysteriously stopped working so I doubt that is causing the issue. Are there any known clashes with other plugins? If not is there anything you can suggest without having to deactviate/test 20-30 other plugins? I would really appreciate any advice as the emails are really the driver of getting my members to visit the site.

  • This may be a version issue. When I updated the plugin once it wouldn’t queue. So I reverted to a previous version and voila. If you have had the plugin activated you will find the database ass digest items stacked to the point you may get out of memory issues.
