Moving WordPress.com followers to Mail Chimp or converting to email followers

Thanks, but I’m not sure if this is it. I currently show 100 wordpress.com followers and only 6 email followers on my self hosted site. When I originally switched to self hosting, I requested to have my followers moved. Will the first link using jetpack covert the followers to email addresses that I can add to Mail Chimp?

Thanks so much for your suggestions. I read through both of the links, but most of my followers are wordpress.com followers that I’ve successfully migrated to my self hosted site a while ago. But since they are showing up as followers, there do way for me to download email addresses to import into Mail Chimp. I was able to do that with no problem with my email-only followers.

Am I missing something? Sorry for sounding so confusing.
