Been running a woocommerce store for a while, and one of our store managers has been checking the reports for sales. in particular reports>Sales by Product>{date range}.
This was had been working fine and reporting correct numbers adding up to the ‘items purchased’ on the ‘sales by date’ page.
A few days ago they reported it’s no longer correct, on looking at it I can see it’s wrong. The issue is it’s not pulling all sales. I thought this may have been due to custom statuses that the sale were being moved through, but now we’ve everything has been moved to complete and we’re still missing sales in the thousands off the reports.
Here’s 2 screenshots of our report view

I’m unsure if the recent update has affected this, everything appeared to be working fine on the test system so we upgraded the live system, but reports isn’t functionality we test is working (we will be now).

Does anyone else have any issues with the reports after the upgrade? pretty stumped on where to turn to fix it. I’ve been searching for the last week for anyone mentioning reports but nothing.
Rolling back would be the obvious option, but we’ve had hundreds of orders since upgrading so may break more than it fixes.

Narrowed it down. I went through disabling plugins the other day, don’t know how I missed this.
WooJetPack. In particular Orders>Orders>Custom Statuses seems to be causing this. So I was on the right track.
Disabling Custom Statuses has my reports back.
