Duplicate Sites

I am using the latest wordpress and SharDB

I would like to create a master site, and clone/duplicate the content settings etc, to start new site so that i have the least amount of changes possible for each new site,

my questions

1. do you know of any existing clone/duplicate plug ins that would work ie: multisite cloner, MultiSite Clone Duplicator etc.

2. if not what would be the most effective method of doing this that you would recomend.

3 your thoughts, ideas, suggestions
