unable to show images on my posts and home page

    please I have a problem with my images, when I publish a post the image posted as the featured image doesn’t appear instantly. so what I do next is reinstall WordPress and try again, I have to do it each time I write a post.
    since I’ve tried to get an analyze SEO for my website through GTmetrix.com, I’ve installed some recommended plugins to improve my page load time but that’s affected my site performance so I removed all the plugins . however, regarding to the posts, the images as I said won’t be published from the first time and every time I write a post I need to return to my dashboard and reinstall the latest version of WordPress once again.
    Is there something that I can change or reset?

    I’ve found the issue, it was caused by jetpack plugin, after disabling all the plugins I was going enabling them one by one until I found the one which disturbed the functioning of the site
