I installed and ran Anti-Malware by GOTMLS.net. It reported various files in this directory that, I believe, W3 Total Cache created are “known risks.”

    The directory is /wp-content/cache/page_enhanced/www.johnrothra.com/...

    My URL: https://www.johnrothra.com

All the reported “risk” locations end in _index.html, e.g., .../public_html/wp-content/cache/page_enhanced/www.johnrothra.com/1X/_index.html

Do I need to keep these cached files?
