is it possible to show this in archive.php

    hi,

    First of all THANKS, I love the plugin as it covers 95% of my requirement.

    It works a treat on single.php but i would love to have to have it also showing at the foot of the respective listing in archive.php when showing several posts.

    BTW I am using custom post types but that shouldn’t make a big difference.

    By foot of the respective listing, do you mean at the bottom of each post listed in the archives page?

    You should be able to select all the archive posts you want under the option: “Add related posts to”

    Hi,

    Yes exactly I want every individual post to show other related posts below them. On the screen in question I have selected the following:
    Add related posts to:
    x Posts
    Pages
    Home page
    Feeds
    x Category archives
    Tag archives
    x Other archives
    unfortunately without anything being show. As mentioned, I do use custom post types

    Hi,

    Not sure if you were able to resolve this. For the custom post types, I believe the categories and tags work differently and could possibly be why it does not show.

    I need to do a bit more research for better CPT compatibility. It’s one of the higher priority things on my agenda.

    Hi,

    Check out this addon which adds much better support for custom post types and related posts. You can choose to turn off the related posts matching on custom post types and use categories and tags (or custom taxonomies) instead.
