Fatal error when used as mu-plugin

    Installing as mu-plugin results in the following fatal error on most admin pages:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_avatar() on a non-object in ….../mu-plugins/simple-local-avatars/simple-local-avatars.php on line 557

    It would seem that the $simple_local_avatars object is not created at the time of execution get_avatar(). Possibly because mu-plugins run before regular plugins? A fix would be welcome. Thanks!
