Load the ad before the content

    Hi there,

    I have installed the plugin and everything looks great, except one little thing.
    when I load the page the content of the page appears for a brief moment, and only then the ad loads, i would like to make the ad load first and not show the content before the ad is closed.
    Is there an “fix” i can implement to make it so?
    I presume it is related to the fact the the ads js and css are loaded in the footer.
