A couple of queries

I am not a usual WordPress user, but I have a customer who wants to implement an auction website, with some specific modifications, so I have spent a couple of weeks looking at the various options on the market.
My initial question is:- the plugin is called Ultimate WordPress Auction Plugin, which is free to download. Is this the same as Ultimate Auction Pro, which is here: and it costs $79 – $119. Is this an upgrade to the free download?
