Comment Box Not Showing on Post Pages

    My theme is The Observer and the comment box is not showing at the end of any of my individual posts.

    1. Comments are enabled under settings
    2. The “comments” code is already included on single.php

    Make sure discussion is check in screen options on top right of page.

    Then make sure Allow comments is check under discussion option on lower part of editing page.

    I did both and the comment box is still now appearing
