language translation in pdf invoice

Hi Ewout,
my website have to languages: english and italian. italian language is the principal language. i want pdf invoice only in italian language, for italian consumer and all the other, also when a product is buyed in the english language of my website. i want to send pdf invoice always in italian language. how can i do it?
