Putting Menu names in my Header and Linking them to sections in my Page

    All I want is “Home”, “Our Focus”, “About Us”, “Our Team”, “Testimonials, “Contact” and “Blog (Sub menu)” to appear in the Header of my Website and for the Menu items to me linked to the different sections of the page, so that when I click on the Header items, it will jump to that section on my page, as it does on the Zerif Lite Demonstration, but has not done since I downloaded the theme.

    How do I accomplish this?
