    Actually, the following change might work better (to version 3.2 of this plugin):

    90: $scheme = is_ssl() ? 'https:' : 'http:';
91: $url = $scheme . '//www.flickr.com/badge_code_v2.gne?count='.$flickr_gallery_count.'&display='.$display.'&size='.$flickr_gallery_size.'&layout=x&'.$router.''.$tagged.'';
