we have downloaded the multi0site license and have wasted hours trying to get it to wrk. It wont get past the add slides stage. Based on this we have had to buy another slider to finish our website. Could you therefore please refund us immediately. Also your mail is bouncing. Not a good image!!

Same here. I purchase the multi-site pkg for 5 sites and have followed all of the suggestions by huge-it.com personnel, purged the cloudflare cache and ctrl+F5 etc and it flat does not let me add a new slider. I’ve requested a refund through the resolution center on PayPal.

Shame this isn’t working, I found this plugin for multi-sliders that is so slick try it… https://www.metaslider.com/

I have the same problem. Installed the plugin on a brand new WordPress instance, I click on the “Add Slider” button and all that comes up is a blank page with no functionality whatsoever.

Dear user, I should inform that Slider 2.7.1 version has problems with adding images. Now we work on finding our the reason and fix it. Soon with new version the problem will be vanished.
