Sportspress permalinks issue

Hi all, I am having a trouble with my permalinks. When you go to my team page (https://www.chasepruitt.com/team/) everything works correctly, then you click an individual player and it send you to (https://www.chasepruitt.com/team/chase-pruitt/) which is also correct. Except on the navigation is makes the theme believe that it is a post, when it shoudn’t be.. it should just be another page. How do i make it so on the nav. the teams tav is highlighter.
