Widgets available on blog version of WP?

I just set up the full version of WP on my own domain and everything’s working perfectly, but there’s only a bunch of widgets available. A lot of the best widgets (Sonific, Flickr, Tag Cloud…) don’t appear in this version. I tried to install a couple of plugins (Simple tagging and a slideshow one) but they don’t work. Anyone know how could I sort this out?
