Jigoshop Not Calculating Tax on Checkout

  • I have tax options configured for a set rate on the “Standard” class, and it is checked to that for all products (set to standard as default).

    It is set to calculate tax from billing address. However, it will not calculate the tax for the products.

    The only time I will even see the tax table on checkout is if I check the “apply to shipping” box. I have the shipping tax disabled because I do not need that. Once disabled, the tax table disappears and there is no mention of tax anywhere.

    Please help me with this. Thank you.
