Incremental Upload is no longer working when you try to upload to gotosolr or a self hosted server the indexing never gets past a certain number in my case I need to index more than 20,000 posts and custom post types but it always stops at 1,559 and it marks as if it completed the indexing.

I developed a new version of the incremental indexing process.

I’d like you to have it tested on your 20.000 posts before releasing it.

I’ve tested it has definitively improved I was able to index 6500 on my own solr server and only 550 on gotosolr but it won’t go any further it keeps trying to add more but the index number doesn’t go up after certain number of posts

Did you empty the Solr index first ?

Yes I emptied it and started from 0

Can you disable attachment indexing, and restart from 0 ?

I completed the indexing, I had increased the batch to 100 but at some point it stopped but then I reset it to 50 and I was able to index all 22,000 posts maybe you should consider making the batch size and editable option but it seems it does work after all

    Thanks

You can do it with WPSOLR 2.4

The indexing has been improved too.
