Radio buttons not showing

    Try switching to the default theme.

    Change the entire theme of my site?

    From what I could see on your survey website, I think this is indeed due to the theme used. In the theme selector (in WP admin), you can easily preview another theme (for instance, Twenty Fifteen) without activating it for your visitors. Do that, then check whether the radio buttons display. Please check that and report here.

    How do you view a specific page in the live preview?

    Just browse to the page you want, within the preview mode.

    Found it! The ‘rokutils.inputs.js’ file in the Solarsentinel theme javascripts folder was hiding the buttons. Renamed it for now and the buttons are showing now. I’ll dig a little deeper to see what part of that script is doing the hiding. Thanks for the help guys.
