NextGen Gallery Manager broken on one site in Network

We have a multisite network at Vype.com. Last weekend our site (on Linode) crashed due to running out of memory. We have cleared some old backups and got back up.

However, in the process (we think), the NextGen Gallery Manager quit showing our galleries on one site. When we go to Gallery –> Manage Galleries, the Manage Galleries page shows No Entries Found. However, in the upper right it shows 270 items (which is the number of galleries we have) and also shows 1 of 11 pages, as if we should have 11 index pages.

We are able to create a new gallery and upload photos to it, but they still do not show on our Houston site. Other sites in the network DO NOT have this issue.

We created a new post and the Gallery drop down works and we are able to select the created gallery and it does appear in the post.

How can we get the Gallery Manager back up?

By the way, we are still on NextGen Version 2.0.66.37 and have not updated to 2.0.76 yet. The Plugin is activated across the entire network.
