iframe ready themes

hey guys.
I’ve been web designing for years and recently decided to implement a blogging tool instead of doing it manually. I’m a big fan of frames (I know, get over it) and everything is working fine but I haven’t defined a theme for my blog. I need something simple and stripped that will fit into my site as it is laid out so that means no headers or anything like that. example -> https://seriyagirl.com.
I’ve been looking but have been unsuccessful in finding one. I need a theme with strictly entries so I can edit the css to match my site. I’m not used to designing in the frame work of wordpress so if someone could offer me this shortcut that’d be awesome.
