    m not happy. I’ve purchased Usersultra a week ago, and still cannot post any new threads in the support forum! It tells me I need to be logged in, which I am. I’ve sent you direct support emails with not even ONE reply in a week.

    I purchased this and need help yet there is no human way to get the help I need!!!

    Please get back to me URGENTLY. Really not happy. [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ]

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    The author cannot support you here for their customers. That is not allowed for them to do that. I’m going to leave this topic open in the hope that they reply but it will be closed soon after that.

    Well I posted here out of desperation. I’ve tried every other way to contact them. I had to scower the net to find their support email to which not one reply has been made.

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing.

    We can’t talk too much about the pro version here. So.. could you please send us an email to [email protected]?

    The faster way would be posting your issue on our forums, you have to sign up here https://usersultra.com/support/registration/.

    If you take a look at our replies, you will see that we use to reply on weekends as well. We love to help both, paid and free users.

    So.. please feel free to post your issues on our forums and we will get back to you ASAP.

    Just to clarify:

    You will need to sign up to our pro forums. The login data you’re using to create your serial code is different than the pro forums. In other words, the login you use to manage your license is different than the forums login information.

    This is clearly explained in the purchase receipt.

    I have sent you numerous emails last week and not one reply. I have paid and signed up last week! Still nothing. No help at all.
