Restrict product to specific user

Hi,
I’m developing a website that sells natural dog food through subscription. But there is something, the owners of the website are nutricionists, so they make the food according to the dog’s health information that they get through a form. Every customer must have access to their dogs products ONLY. After 3 days trying to find a solution for this, the best way I could think of depends on enabling product visibility to a unique user identifier(ID, email, …). Is this possible? I’m not a programmer but I could consider some code solution.
