start from beginning link

  • I would like to create a link in my sidebar that someone could click on to start from the first entry and then use the next/previous (browse) links to go through the entire site day by day.

    I was hoping it would automatically happen when you clicked on the earliest link in the archive but it stops at the end of a month.

    I’m thinking it involves the get_archives() function and an edit to my theme at the archive.php page but can’t quite get my head around it. Everything I’m reading in the get_archives() section is about most recent posts.
