Pre-populate location fields in URL

Is it possible for someone to append something to the URL of a page with the SimpleMap on it, and have those fields pre-populated and the results showing? We have a one-page web site, https://www.returnmytvequipment.com where the user enters their zip code only. But, the client wants to be able to click a URL that would pass the zip code to the form and the results would be displayed.
