PopUp Not Working

I have used WordPress PopUp successfully before on several sites to display a contact form.
However, it is not working on this site https://konacoaching.staging.wpengine.com/.
The PopUp displays the entire page but not the desired popup content.
I am using the ‘Footer’ method of loading.
This is a site I have ‘inherited’ and there are some nasties lurking in it.
Any ideas would be gratefully received.
