Slider, lightbox and menu problem

Unfortunately I have the same problem with menu, lightbox and slider.
How can I put the links for the website (to the menu-items portfolio, skills etc.) in the white bar at the top whitout stopping the slider and disable the lightbox? I’m surching for it for a long time now, but still didn’t found the solution.
It is not working for me. I realy would like to use your theme, but I don’t know how I can get the links to work to scroll the page down.
I reinstalled it several times, even I reinstalled wordpress itself, but nothing worked for me so far.
Can you please help me? Thank you very much,
